·         Failure of the guest to arrive, or cancellations made 0-7 days  prior to the agreed arrival
          date forfeit 100% of the deposit.
·         Cancellations made 8-14 days prior of the agreed arrival date forfeit 75% of the deposit
·         Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to arrival date forfeit 50% of the deposit
·         60 days and more can be fully refunded.
·         Should refunds to a SWIFT bank account be required, an additional R275-00 will be levied.



If any guest/s cause a noise disturbance after warnings or cause collateral damage in any way to the lodge, its equipment, its furniture or verbally abuse the staff in any way, the Management of the lodge will be obliged to administer a fine of up to and including replacement of said damaged items, of up to R5000.00 (T's & C's Apply). This is non-negotiable.
